FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

• How can I place an order?

Select the size and colour of the article you want, and add it to the shopping bag. When you would like to proceed the order, go to the overview of the shopping bag (step 1) and press the 'proceed' button. There will appear a screen where you fill in the billing information (step 2). After pressing the 'continue to check out' button you'll be directed to the overview (step 3) screen of your order. Press the 'place order' button and you'll arrive at the payment (final step) section. Here your pay the order they way you chose in step 2 and you'll receive a confirming email.

• What is the delivery time?

Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment has been received.

• How will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders by TNT (Dutch) Post, an acceptation signature is asked by delivery.

• How can I pay my order?

We offer payment by creditcard (MasterCard en Visa) or iDEAL (this option is for residents of the Netherlands only).

• Which banks offer iDEAL payments?

At the moment this are; ABN AMRO, Fortis, ING, Postbank and Rabobank.

• Is iDEAL really safe?

iDEAL is based on internet banking and is in the same secured environment. Therefore it is just as secure as internet banking.

• Can the order be delivered on another address than the billing address?

Yes, when you are in the payment process you can leave a 2nd address which will be the shipping address of your order.

• Which prices are shown on the Website?

The prices shown on the Website are in Euro's, inclusive VAT and exclusive shipping & handling costs, eventual taxes and other (import) duties. Due to some import restrictions, certain items may need to be removed during checkout. If you would like to order one of these items you will be notified at that time.

• What are the shipping rates?

The shipping rate depends on the country filled in at the billing information, step 2 of the order process. At step 3 (order overview) this contribution to the shipping costs will be shown. This contributions depends on the ordered product and/ or the amount of the order.
